The Global Service Jam happens every year, for a weekend people get to experience first hand what service design is, learning methodologies and tools. I spoke at the panel explaining to Jammers what prototyping can look like for digital services.

Maria serves as Director of Design at Digital Scientists where she leads UX Design, Research, and Design Strategy.

She has an MFA in Service Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design and is the president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Service Design Network.
