The Global Service Jam happens every year, for a weekend, people get to experience firsthand what service design is, learn methodologies and tools. I mentored Jammers on how to design personas after research and defining their Jobs to be Done.

Maria serves as Director of Design at Digital Scientists where she leads UX Design, Research, and Design Strategy.

She has an MFA in Service Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design and is the president of the Atlanta Chapter of the Service Design Network.
